The bank carefully examines whether you can afford the monthly installment. For this, during the credit assessment, it looks at whether you can cover all expenses with your income. The expenses are not considered individually; instead, there are usually lump sums used for calculations. Therefore, each bank has a different assessment of debt service capacity.
