Full Disbursement

When you take out a loan, you can decide on the disbursement. Once the last amount is drawn from the bank, the loan is fully disbursed. From this point, you will pay the full installment.

During a home construction or major renovation, you will initially only need part of the money. You will first pay only the interest on the drawn amount.
