Instant Loan

If you want to take out an amount between €5,000 and €75,000, an instant loan can be a solution. You do not need to register the mortgage in the land register. You agree on a fixed term and a fixed rate here. Usually, up to 10 years are possible. Some banks also offer you the option to make special repayments.

Particularly interesting is that with a consumer loan, you can terminate early. In this case, most banks charge a fee of 1% on the outstanding amount. So if you still owe €10,000 and want to repay it in one amount, the fee is €100.
