Partial Disbursement Fee

This is a fee charged by the bank when you need more than the agreed disbursements. This is sometimes (but rarely) the case during construction. At some banks, disbursement in 7 steps is free, while others charge a fee between 50 and 100€ per disbursement above a certain limit.
