Purchase Agreement

You can only buy a property if there is a notarized contract with the seller. This also clarifies all the conditions for the transfer of ownership.

The seller is obliged to transfer ownership, and you as the buyer commit to paying the agreed purchase price.

There are three steps to acquiring your property:

  • Notarized Purchase Agreement

  • Notarial Declaration of Agreement between Seller and Buyer about Ownership Transfer

  • Registration of Ownership Transfer in the Land Register

Only with the entry in the land register does the buyer actually become the owner of the property.
