Common Property

When you buy a condominium, you become the owner of the apartment (= separate property). There are some components that belong to all owners, such as parts of the land, the roof, the facade, the staircase, an elevator, and also electrical and water lines as well as the outdoor facilities. Maintenance and management are then borne by all co-owners.
