Deferment of Rank

In the land register, every bank wants to be listed first. The sequence is very important. The so-called first rank is served first in the event of a foreclosure. Only if anything remains does it go to the bank in second rank.

Since there can also be other rights that someone may have in the land register, the first rank should remain as free as possible. The rank position can thus be changed through a notarially certified declaration. The consent of the affected party is important in this process.
